The head of the RN21 Consortium is a non-business entity within the R&D System, based in Vila Real. This entity participates in all measures related to the Management and Communication of the Integrated Project, and also participates as a mini-consortium partner in two measures of Pillar I.

The Intermunicipal Community, based in Chaves, ensures a connection to the territory and actively participates in three measures of the Integrated Project, specifically Initiatives I1, I3, and III1: Reinforcement of the productive capacity of the pine forest; making resin more attractive for forest owners; and positive differentiation of Natural Resin and its derivatives.

The Intermunicipal Community, based in Coimbra, ensures a connection to the territory and actively participates in four measures of the Integrated Project, specifically Initiatives I1, I2, and III1: Reinforcement of the productive capacity of the pine forest; increased resin production; and positive differentiation of Natural Resin and its derivatives.
