Chaves, 7 May 2026 (Canal N) – Canal N highlighted the closing of the RN21 Integrated Project with IN.RESIN – Natural Resin Innovation, promoted by CoLAB ForestWISE at the Aquanatur Palace in Chaves.
Bioeconomy, innovation and forests
The meeting focused on the bioeconomy, technological innovation, sustainable forest management and rural wildfire prevention, with the presentation of industrial pilots, technological solutions, digital platforms and new bio-based products derived from Natural Resin, such as mechanised resin tapping and new industrial applications for its derivatives.
A contribution to the territory
Canal N highlights the project’s contribution to active forest management, wildfire risk mitigation and the development of inland regions, in line with national and European targets for decarbonisation, sustainability and territorial cohesion. Speakers included Rui Ladeira, Fernando Alfaiate and Annika Breidthardt.
