Salvaterra de Magos, 3 December 2024 (Rede Regional) – Rede Regional announced the session at which ICNF would present the results of the resin tapping project carried out in the Escaroupim National Forest, in Salvaterra de Magos.
A forest dedicated to research
Covering 438 hectares, the Escaroupim National Forest has for decades hosted research, breeding and conservation of forest genetic resources. It was there, in plot 17, that the resin tapping trials on maritime pine clones took place, whose results ICNF presented on 5 December.
